Michele Dupree is a Tampa native and trusted real estate agent for KW Commercial in Central Florida. She has been in real estate for about 10 years and loves being able to connect with people and help them build what success means to them. Prior to real estate, Michele worked as a business analyst for a bank, specifically in the mortgage division leveraging her knowledge, experience, and passion for real estate.

Outside of real estate, Michele is very family-oriented and loves spending time with her two children and dog, Mona. Through Michele’s loyalty, compassion, and drive, her promise to her clients is to find the best property for the best price.

With a focus on multi-family and mobile homes, Michele is constantly looking for ways to expand her knowledge and build strong relationships with clients. Michele’s success with each of her clients starts through her loyalty, determination, and compassion.

Philipp Fries

In 2008, Philipp moved to Tampa from Dusseldorf, Germany to pursue his MBA at the University of Tampa. Philipp started in residential real estate in 2010 closing almost 200 transactions in just 10 years. In 2020, Philipp and his wife, Michele, decided they wanted to make the transition into commercial real estate and work towards becoming top-producing agents in the multi-family and mobile home communities.

Philipp has a strong background in customer relationship management and is excited to be able to utilize these skills to ensure the best client journey. A few of the companies he used to work for were 3M, AAA-Auto Club South, and Air Berlin. Philipp’s passion for interpersonal interactions and the opportunity to work with people of all different backgrounds is what has propelled him through his various careers, and ultimately led him to real estate.

Outside of real estate, Philipp loves to spend time with his family and play hockey, a sport he’s been playing since the age of 5. He also coaches hockey for his son’s current hockey team from time to time. Philipp’s vision of success is being able to spend time with his family and continue to build relationships with clients.
